The congress registration allows the participants to attend the Welcome Party<\/strong>, the Stereo Theatre<\/strong> projection, the Workshops<\/strong> and the Trade Fair<\/strong> as well as meet other participants in the public spaces of the WICC. Please note that the excursions (outings and guided city walks) and the farewell dinner are charged separately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You also need to book your own accommodation. See Hotel Information<\/a> in the Venue section. Rooms have been reserved at the WICC for congress attendees until 15 May 2025, so don’t wait too long if you want to stay at the WICC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A substantial financial grant from the ISU was used to reduce the congress fee for members and their families. If you are not a member of the ISU, we encourage you to join and save on the congress fee! For more information go to ISU Membership<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: By June 15 we need to commit on the number of participants for the
congress. So, please book before June 15. After June 15 we can accept only a
limited number of bookings and by July 31 registration closes. We cannot
accept any bookings in August.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Later you will receive an email with an invoice and payment instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farewell dinner<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of the farewell dinner on the last Monday is \u20ac45. The dinner is buffet style, so please tick one or more of the food preference boxes on the registration form if you want tot attend the farewell dinner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

T-shirt<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you register before 15 June, you can also order a T-shirt with the logo of the congress for \u20ac19 extra. Please tick the box with the required fit (male\/female) and size on the registration form if you would like to get a T-shirt. See the table below to choose your size. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade Fair<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trade fair will be organised on Saturday and Sunday in the Succes Avenue 1 room at the WICC. For information on prices and how to book a trade table please contact the congress manager at info@isu2025.nl<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
