The WICC also has hotel accommodations and rooms have been reserved for congress attendees. You are expected to book your own rooms at the WICC, but you are of course free to choose other accommodation of your choice in or near Wageningen.
If you choose to stay at the WICC then you can use the following block codes for your reservation. The block codes are valid until 15 May 2025. Please book directly via the WICC website. On the WICC website, don’t enter the period at the top of the page, but click directly on the Book Now (Direct Boeken) button. In the pop-up window you can select your arrival and departure date. Next click Do you have a code? In the Block code box, enter the block code of the desired room type. The block codes apply to the period 17-26 August or any part thereof. For bookings outside this period directly contact the WICC and mention ISU World Congress 2025.

Prices are per room per day for overnight stay including breakfastbuffet, VAT and car park, but exclusing tourist tax (currently € 3,00 per person per day). You can cancel your booking free of charge 24 hours before the day of arrival.
The hotel has a laundry room with a professional washer and dryer. Costs: € 3,00 per wash and € 2,00 per dry cycle (pay with coins of € 1,00). Would you like to have your clothes washed for you (€ 10,00), please inquire at the reception for more details.
